Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Bwindi is in southwestern Uganda a magnificent verdant swathe across the steep ridges of the Albertine Rift Valley. This ancient rainforest is one of the few in Africa to have flourished and a home to half of the world’s endangered population of mountain gorillas.
On arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be met by the representative and transferred to the hotel the overnight .
After breakfast, transfer by vehicle to the border post at Cyanika between Uganda and Rwanda and the Lodge for community walk for amazing sightseeing and cultural encounter. Return to the lodge for relaxing.
Today after early breakfast you take the activity of the mountain gorilla trekking into the rain tropical forest of Bwindi Forest National Park. After the briefing from the rangers of the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA), you reach the starting point of your trekking, according to the family you have been appointed to. It is on the park authority to decide on the distribution of the permits on arrival. You carry with you packed lunch and light rain jacket, wear trekking boots.
In the afternoon we can organize the community walk – Batwa Cultural Visit (not included).
After a leisurely breakfast, transfer back to Kigali for dinner and there after connect for your International flight out.
